"I found some items for cheap that were of good quality. Customer service is decent. What gets me is I tried to donate so I called ahead but they gave me the feeling that they don’t care if I donate or not. The person who answered seemed indifferent."

"I can only think of positive interactions with the staff. Some nice people are working here. An example; I recently purchased a coat for a kid. A couple of ladies walked by while she was trying it on and told her how cute it was on her. She is very happy with her new coat, and I think those ladies helped her feel good about it. I'm glad she is happy with it. It fits in her car seat and will fit for a while. I bought the only coat available around her size. If you have little kid coats to donate, this place can use them while it's still cold out."
