"Ive had issues with them, but they have solved many of them. The nurses there are really sweet and after my root canal crown fell out they fixed it and cleaned my teeth completely for free. I’m still upset that they never sent my stuff to insurance and sent me a surprise bill, but they are working on fixing it."

"Ghetto. Unprofessional. Uncouth. Uneducated. Ever since the staff of melanated young ladies left every person I’ve referred here has said these people were disorganized and unprofessional. Their call center told me to bring my new insurance on the day of my appointment but when I got there they wanted to charge me personally, out of spite. Two of the employees tried to intimidate me as if I would back down. lol that was about to be a fun time. Unless you want to squabble, go somewhere with professional employees. The dentist does a great job and his shoes are always nice, but he’s stuck working with animals. Sad."
"Every time I come here they make feel at ease. I don’t like dentists or pain in my mouth, but I clearly don’t take good care of my teeth so I need them. I don’t like going at all, but these people are my kind of people, they are so sweet and kind and funny and caring. They feel like friends working on my teeth.
