"1 word...AWESOME! I had and incident while traveling on the road. If I would have continued my travel, it would have worsen and/or caused injury to travelers on the road. I called SHORELINE last minute and they came to the rescue! They had every excuse to delay me until the morning; but they didn't. The General Manager even took the initiative to travel and get the part before the part store closed to avoid me having to wait until the morning before I can continue my journey. In addition, he sent everyone home and worked with AC technician to get my unit installed and get me back on the road.
