MJ Performing Arts Academy is a premier institution located at 15 South Old Orchard Avenue in Webster Groves, Missouri, United States. Our studio is dedicated to building happy, healthy, fit, and confident dancers of all ages and levels.

Owner Meg Jordan started teaching dance classes at home in 2012 and quickly expanded to open her first studio in Webster Groves in 2013. With the help of her talented staff members, the studio has grown exponentially to over 300 families in the surrounding community. Our spacious location features 3 large classrooms with viewing windows, high ceilings, professional flooring, and a welcoming lobby.

Our professional and passionate teaching staff offers a wide range of dance classes, including Acro, Ballet, Hip Hop, Tap, and more. We also provide specialized classes such as Aerial Silks Dance, Cheer, and Tumbling. Our unique curriculum and small class sizes create a non-competitive yet challenging and fun learning environment for all students.

At MJ Performing Arts Academy, we offer free trial classes for new members to find the perfect fit. We believe in recommending classes based on individual needs and abilities to ensure each student feels confident and successful. "Dancer BEWARE! If you want to just try one class without committing to joining the studio regularly, you will pay the $20 drop in fee (reasonable) AND the $30 registration fee. So even if you are just exploring options, you have paid $50 for ONE CLASS. They refunded our fee, which I appreciate, but it was only on a technicality. This policy is WRONG! Attend a class twice, then yes, pay the registration fee."

"Enrolled my child for a dance class only to have my kid yelled at constantly. They successfully stifled a child’s budding interest in dance. Congrats. They should teach their instructors how to interact with young children and some pedagogy."
