"This Bank is TERRIBLE!!!!! I had fraudulent Charges on my debit card and had to cancel it! Their so incompetent they did not turn off the recurring charge the thieves set up so it happened again 30 days later!! I strongly discourage anybody from using this bank!!!"

"Hardly ever open when working people can go to the bank. Closed on Saturday and close early thru the week.. 5. Arvest is open until 6... who wants to take off work to go to the bank?"

"If your a business owner who has to do any mobile banking then this isn't your bank. Its horrible and I've jumped thru every hoop they have told me and I still have checks made out to me personally and yes I have a personal account get declined as third party. Checks. Ive emailed Michelle the assistant manager and go no response. I will be closing these accounts. Update::: my problem has been fixed. It was a clerical error on the banks part. It took a week to get fixed but it is fixed. Cindy kept her word and I will keep my accounts with them."

"I arrived with a check drawn on their account at 3 on a Friday. I'm heading out of town and needed this cashed but they refuse to do it. Since I'm not a customer unless I wanted to open an account!!!! So unless your a customer it won't matter if you have a check from them they won't cash it!!!!"
