"This company contacted me as a partner with Allstate insurance company. They help handle roofing claims. I had an appointment scheduled by them for about a week and a half for them to come out and do an inspection of my roof which has quite a bit of damage. I took time off work to drive all the way back to my house which is 30 minutes away from my work before our scheduled appointment. When I got there Cowin is not there but the roofing company that tarp to my roof off was there. I was told by Cowin that I would have to have the other roofing company that tarp my roof off be there for the inspection as they are not allowed to touch the tarps. Nobody called me prior to tell me that they would not be arriving for the scheduled inspection. I practically called Cowin and after a few calls back was told that the their inspector was tied up on another job and they could not give me an ETA on when he would show up. I'm highly frustrated by this this is my first experience dealing with a roofing company handling the claims process for an insurance company. I have contacted my insurance company but I would recommend not having Cowin construction be part of any project that's important to you. Clearly they didn't have any respect for my time or the other companies time."

"Cowin is one in a million! Don’t find this kind of customer service anymore. Very professional and knowledgeable. Entire family is fantastic. We had roof damage on Friday afternoon at 1730 due to strong winds. (They installed our roof and attic venting five years ago). They were here within an hour. Repairs made and no charge due to warranty."
