"I was less than a mile away and I wasn't sure if I had enough time to get there for the cats flea medicine. She said to come on she was still open. Even stayed open for another customer that needed their dog nails done. Great customer service!"

"The veterinarian is awesome , very nice , and very professional. The staff was so so. People were very nice inside the clinic, but when we called to make a follow up appointment, the lady who answered was very rude, she didn’t listen to a word I said, she asked the same questions over and over again and was just very rude throughout the whole phone call. She made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She made us feel like she was so tired, so busy, and so uncaring that it was uncomfortable to even make an appointment. I would hate to take an animal to their office if it was a life and death situation. She made it sound like she didn’t care. She sounded like she didn’t care and just wanted to go home. I would not trust a person like that to book an appointment for a serious problem. She should just stay home every day if she’s that stressed out. People who are that rude and inconsiderate should retire or find another line of work."
