"Worst cleaning company ever, one crew left after only 45 mins of being here! Not only do they do a subpar cleaning job such as vacuuming and dusting-if they do it-AROUND items leaving appliances and whole rooms UNTOUCHED because they’re paying more attention to their phone than the task at hand…they ultimately stole a $750 Louis Vuitton hat from my closet! The owner did a fake investigation and I never heard back after 3 months even while still keeping them on the payroll. You can do a better job yourself-no joke- and doesn’t that bestill the point? Save the headaches and $ now and go with another cleaner!"

"I had previously written a great review for the Cleaning Authority . I completely regret it. The actual cleaning service was good at first then slowly declined. I fired them eventually because of the owner and his extremely rude attitude, and facts that did not add up. First I realized they were charging me for 4 1/2 baths when they were doing 3 1/2. When I told him the discrepancy, he would not change our price or give me any sort of credit for all the times I paid extra. I called to ask to remove one of our rooms temporarily from cleaning. He said it would take $10 off. Then when I wanted to add it back, it was $40. Didn’t make sense so I asked for a breakdown of the charges..how is your price calculated? He became instantly defensive and rude and said there’s no set method, it’s just based on his assessment of your house. So, he just picks an amount and cannot justify it, and became infuriated with me for asking. He launched into a tirade about doing his job for 20 years and had never been asked how the fee was constructed . Then, he was in the business 30+ yrs, his inconsistency was apparent and I had just asked a simple question, and he couldn’t give me any kind of an answer other than basically he just looks and makes it up. But his insulted attitude and the way he spoke to me was unacceptable to me, so I planned to terminate their services. All his bluster was my reason to quit, not the actual work they were doing which was ok. The last straw was that they ran a vacuum over the wood floors and damaged a threshold piece, it became worse with every clean. I sent him photos of the damage and areas that were very obviously not cleaned. At that time he said maybe I should just find another company because I was impossible to please. In our final text it was clear he was not going to pay for the damages, and I said I had a new company and I loved them. He was abrasive and arrogant and I preferred to text him because over the phone he spoke very loudly, and his voice was dripping with insult and irritation.He made a comment like we’ll see how long they’ll last ( I’ve had them for months now and they are excellent with communication, cleaning and customer service) He then texted me exactly “good luck with that!”, then blocked me. Honestly, it was all because he couldn’t answer a simple question, blew it way out of proportion , had a horrible attitude and acted like he was doing me a favour by cleaning our home. I’ve never dealt with a company like that, never had any problems with someone doing any type of work for us. I am the first one who will give a company a well deserved excellent review, I don’t expect every job to be perfect, but I do expect to be treated nicely and have them listen to constructive criticism . What an awful experience."

"Hope and Zane were fantastic! I love knowing that a section of my house will get a deep clean every time they come in addition to the standard dusting, vacuuming and bathrooms. They happily accommodated my quirky requests also!"
