"After purchasing a used vehicle, I had multiple service engine lights pop up and the engine enter a reduce power safe mode after just 45 days. My soul left my body. The LPS team reviewed the electronic diagnostics on my BMW X5 4.8L and went above and beyond to attempt to identify the cause of what I was experiencing. They documented the codes in the history, cleared the history and drove the vehicle under multiple scenarios to recreate the codes or power reduction over a series of days and conditions. They checked and cleaned electrical connections, and related parts to the codes viewed in the history. After all this, what I experienced has been an anomaly and I haven't had any of the issues pop up in months of regular daily driving since. This was my first time bringing a vehicle to LPS and I didn't know what to expect from an invoice for such an extensive diagnostic review. They went above and beyond and eventually charge me a very reasonable labor rate plus having to add some fuel from their time trying to recreate my issues. I was out the door for just over a little $100, though my vehicle received expert attention over multiple days from multiple team members. I'll be going back for all service on my X5 in the future. "I had an emergency on my 2007 BMW X3. I drove it up and met Gage who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in right away to fix my car. Sid explained to me step by step what needed to be done and I was amazed at the vast amount of knowledge they had. They fixed my issue plus some in 1.5 days in time for me to get back on the road. They went through the car I purchased in detail and provided an assessment of what was needed vs what could be safely addressed later - no pressure and made sure all repairs were done with quality parts Fixed drivability issue with engine that was the result of several minor tune-up and tuning needs.
