"Less than one star - for dishonesty. I went on line to "see if you qualify" for the advance. It said yes and encouraged I set an appointment. I did I went, at the end I was told I qualified. I agreed to the $495 fee for the service. I left. I received an email stating that I did not qualify. We reached out to this location and he said it wasn't guaranteed Had I possessed this information at signing, I would not have continued because I could have just used TurboTax - like I've done for 12 years now. Zero stars for the deception. After the owner responded I feel as if I should add to this review. The gentlemen that sat with me was actually friendly and helpful and when we returned to the location to ask why this happened and how it was possible, though his explanation wasn't completely satisfactory I could appreciate that he wasn't trying to be deceptive. So I will alter my review."
