"Jeremy is the guy to talk to here. He's very nice and good with helping you get the most out of your returns. I got my taxes done at a different company last year but had gone there the year before. He hadn't seen me for 2 years but still remembers where i work. As far as the service goes its great but he needs more help in there and they definitely need a stronger internet signal cause he kept getting booted off their system and i was the only person in there at the time.
