CLASSY CUTS

"My Daughter and I came in on 3/15/2024. I asked for several inches off and layers as well as it framed around my face. It looked OK when wet. Once it dried it was very blunt basically looked like just cut straight across and uneven. It's all one length no layers and The framing around my face was awful. I went from having long hair below my shoulders to have a blunt Bob type cut to the bottom of my neck. My kids said Mom that haircut is not flattering on you. That made it even worse. The cut needed to be less straight across and maybe point cut to look less boxy. I didn't ask for a receipt and I'm nervous to ask for it fixed because I'm afraid it will look worse. My Daughter had very long hair past her waist she was very excited to get a while new hairstyle she showed a picture of what she wanted to the stylist who she said told her it would look bad on her and would look stringy. She wanted 6 inches off lots of layers and bangs. Kinda a shaggy type cut. She got no bangs. 5 inches off and no layers she instead thinned her hair out. It looks like the exact same style she already had only shorter. She's very upset and due to her OCD and anxiety she's afraid to speak up for herself. We both paid for cuts we both hate. We have been going to this place for years and have always been happy until now. My Daughter wants a refund she said there is no way she's letting them recut her hair. I could tell in the chair she was upset I asked her if she was OK but she was quiet and too nervous to say anything. Once home she showed me the picture of the cut she wanted and I said that's not even remotely close. This is so unexceptable. If someone pays for a cut they should get what they ask for. It seemed to be that stylist just didn't want to do it or didnt know how and didn't care if she was happy. She was so excited to finally get a new style and was left disappointed. Exactly how do we get a refund so we can go get it done how she wants? Ive been too busy this wwekend to stop by. I was hping the owners would see this and resond."

"This used to be my go to place! Great stylists (most of them) But kid you not, it seems like every time I try to get a haircut during business hours there is some random reason why they’re closed. Super inconvenient."

"I have never had a hair cut this bad. I knew I should have just left when this lady who looked like she was trapped in the 80's called me over. I came in with my hair pulled up in a simple ponytail. I told her I need it cut but I still need to be able to pull it back like it was. she asked it I wanted my layers trimmed too. i said yes, thinking it would be small adjustments, since they were long layers anyways. before I realized it she gave me BANGS. I work early mornings I don't have time to spend 30 minutes on my hair. I'm not even sure what her plan was with this haircut. I feel like Howard from big bang theory. the only good thing about this haircut is that she didn't make me pay for it. I know people who've had a bad experience at this place before, but I'd never had one before. she didn't even bother to keep my hair wet during the cut. I hope Farah Fawcett does better in the future, but I will not be back."
