"Great service! They explained why I shouldn’t try to repair a wrongly plugged tire. To resolve this situation, they offered me a new one for a good price. I felt no pressure to buy anything. So, I asked them to help me find the exact tires I have. They gave me a quote for two brand new ones. I had to be out of town and they just waited for me to come back. I had no nasty follow up. Just a friendly reminder and we installed the tires in less than one hour without any type of appointment. I’m pleased and planning to buy two more!"

"Justin took care of me. I was told I needed new front shocks and struts at another garage. I put it off. I brought my car to plaza to bite the bullet at 1200. To my surprise, they unturned me it was the rear and significantly cheaper repair. I appreciate the honesty and will return!"

"I was not going to post this publically, but after corporate failing to contact me back— here it goes. I want to start out by saying that Justin, the front counter sales rep, is literally the ONLY person in this entire building who knows any kind of decent customer service. The “store manager,” Mark, is by far the most horrible interaction I’ve ever had in a place of business. Not only did he back me into a corner (I was sitting in a chair against the wall as he walked into my space, towering over me, raising his voice, and unwilling to back away after being asked)— he also informed me that “next time you should bring your husband,” simply because my husband had told me to ASK them to check something specifically. The Lake St. Louis Plaza Tire location is overall horrible. I do not typically go here, but 1/25/24, I needed to have my car seen about and quickly. They let me leave saying they performed a tire balance when they did not (I took it elsewhere the following week and it was so bad there was no way it was just done— their words). I left assuming I had just waited 2.5 hours for a tire balance, rotation, an oil change, a quick fix on a plastic piece hanging down underneath, and was safe to be on the road again. I immediately noticed the same issue. I called back to find out the tech didn’t even tell the sales rep the multiple issues it could have been. They stated the tires were out of balance, tried to charge me $40 to fix (but ended up honoring a tire protection plan), and ended up NOT doing anything they said they did. The issue ended up being a broken belt in a tire that was visible to the naked eye and would have been caught had the tires been worked on at all as they said they were. I have heard horror stories about this kind of thing happening, but have never ever experienced it. Not only did they “ensure” me they “took care of me,” they LET ME LEAVE WITH A DANGEROUS PROBLEM! I have since had the problem fixed at the location I typically go to— THEY took care of me by going above and beyond my expectations of customer care. I DO NOT recommend the Lake St. Louis location. Their store manager is horribly rude and their techs do not do the work they claim to do. Their “store manager,” no matter how terrible he is, AND corporate should be ASHAMED of themselves. Not only was a be littled as a woman by being told to “bring my husband next time,” I was completely disrespected as a customer and intentionally put in danger."

"Extremely Disappointing Service - Zero Accountability Rating: ⭐ I have been a loyal customer of this tire company for years, but today's experience has left me beyond frustrated and disappointed. I had scheduled an appointment a week in advance, dropped off my truck in the morning, and expected a smooth tire replacement process. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I arrived at 4:45 pm to pick up my truck, only to find out that it hadn't been worked on at all. When I questioned the delay, I was told that I was next in line, but to my surprise, they pulled in another truck and began working on it. The mix-up continued when they pointed to a truck in the shop, claiming it was mine. It wasn't, and the staff seemed utterly confused and unapologetic. I asked for an explanation, and the person at the counter had no response. Instead, he walked away into the shop. This lack of organization and professionalism is unacceptable. Despite being a longtime customer, the service quality has significantly declined since Kane left the Lake St Louis location. Today's experience was the last straw. Not only did I waste an entire day without my vehicle, but the staff's indifference and rudeness were also disheartening. I requested my keys back as I couldn't afford to wait any longer due to personal commitments, like picking up my kids. The disregard for my time and the overall lack of accountability from the staff have left me with no choice but to seek a new place to purchase tires. I am deeply disappointed in the level of service provided."
