Ozark Bank

"Edited previous review, 3 stars instead of 5 now. Living out of State and over seas from my preferred branch; Ozark Bank at one point made it easy to handle what I need via a simple phone call but they've made some policy changes that make it difficult for me to do certain things. I've been with them for several years now and had little trouble. Other than they expect me to get a notary and issue a statement to awaken a dormant account, which is incredibly inconvenient since I was able to do a simple phone call for things before. Their bank app makes it easy to handle deposits though."

"The app and online registration process is absolutely trash. I always have a positive experience when I go to this bank but expect to have to physically go there alot because nothing else is reliable."
