"Excellent results. As a weight lifter, I had been experiencing low back pain for 3 weeks along with headaches that lasted most of the day. Although the level of back pain wasn't high, it was constant and enough to really slow down my otherwise active lifestyle. On the recommendation of a friend, I called Shawnda to set up an appointment. The day after the appointment, the back pain and headaches were (and still are several weeks later) completely gone. I've wondered what my situation would be with my back pain and headaches had I went to my primary care physician. Probably would have been referred to a specialist for testing, results would have been inconclusive, and I would have been advised to do core exercises and take ibuprofen. Chiro was a great call on this one and I was fortunate to have Shawnda recommended to me."
