"I went to this store today and the attitude of the employees is terrible. I spent $165.00 in this store today and I will never be back. I don’t know anybody’s name but the Caucasian young lady with the dark brown hair She is lost and confused and didn’t want to Be at work today and the African American young lady with the colored pink hair she is just as nasty mean and rude and I wasn’t even dealing with her she put herself in the conversations after giving me attitude they Had the audacity to ask me to put a basket back my son got the basket put it back After we got outside he said what was wrong with Them today. (Arguing amongst each other talking smart to customers) they hire new employees they hire new managers and it gets worse and worse…… it’s entirely to many other places to shop that won’t give me attitude that will value my dollar and I Will definitely go there… where I am Respected and my money is Valued…….."
"I have been here to Once Upon a Child and many other states. I was a little confused on the sale but a lady was kind enough to explain it to me. Her name was Jackie and she was very pleasant. She went above and beyond to help me and even came back by when putting out some things to see if I needed anything. I could not disagree more with the reviews I have read. I will continue to shop here and hope to always have Jackie assist me."
"Went in to drop off, was told it will take a bit longer than the estimated time to get a estimate on my things but no one bothered to mention it would take days! You have to call 100x before speaking with someone. Store looks a mess upon entering! Staff seems lost as ever and clearly has no clue! I see that management responds to reviews a entire month later so not looking forward to anything being done any time soon!!! Just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!!! Memphis has 2 other locations in the surrounding areas, better off going there!"
