"Edit: Our main issues are lack of professionalism and poor maintenance. They can’t respond or fix anything right away but they have no problem notifying you immediately of a rent increase. In addition to that you (may) also have to deal with obnoxious and inconsiderate tenants, which can be another headache. Also, we've been having issues with our ceiling leaking from different areas of the living room for a few weeks now. Paying close to $800 for a place with leaky ceilings, warm air for "A/C" and other issues is ridiculous. We've reached out to other "authorities" to at least get this one particular issue looked into and still nothing yet."

"Ok I had to delete my old review to write an updated one. The air in the unit I was renting got fixed and broke again in 2 weeks. The lights went out in the kitchen so I couldn't see how to cook or anything. Ok, it was 90 plus degrees, no window unit only the ceiling fan and my Lil fan wasn't doing. I have had problems one after another being there until I gave up. All they do is spruce up the apartment and let people move in knowing the apartment isn't up to part. They talk about the tenants to other tenants when you complain. All they doing is robbing people of their hard earn money and when we move out , we don't get the deposit back. Nathan doesn't care and don't even talk to the tenants about the ongoing issues but wanna talk about late fees and nothing is being fixed. The whole building needs to be rewired. I bumped the wall during moving out and the kitchen light popped on and went back out. I refuse to pay almost 800 in rent and no use of the ac/heating unit ."

"Built in 1970, "Lakeview Arms" was known to be the epitome of modern apartment living. Peacefully situated near a lake, waterbirds are frequently seen and heard flying overhead. The green lawns dotted with crepe myrtle and surrounding pine woods give a feeling of quiet solitude while the convenience of the local commerical district is literally moments away by car or foot. It's true that the beautiful buildings are beginning to show some of their age, but I have seen the work being put into them. It's heartwarming to know that the structures are cared for. At the same time, this icon of recent Brookhaven history is home to over sixty individuals and families who make this a wonderful place to live and I am privileged to serve them."
