"I have been getting my mammograms here for years and the staff has always been very caring. The young lady that did my mammogram last week was very sweet. It's never pleasant to get this done...but they are so caring during the test. I "highly" recommend this place...!!!"

"Went in on a Monday with an order in hand. Receptionist had her purse over her shoulder walking out to leave and was very rude telling me “you were supposed to be here a long time ago” I had no appointment scheduled as of that time. When she realized her mistake she was very apologetic but told me she didn’t have anyone there to perform my xray (reminding you it’s an imaging center so there should be someone there to perform said tests from open to close of facility on business days) So they scheduled me for 1100 on Tuesday. I showed up 20 mins early for any paperwork, completed the paperwork and was still on time for 1100 appointment. There were people there prior to my arrival, however, NO MOVEMENT from waiting room/lobby to testing area(s), regardless of test(s) ordered, labs, MRI’s, xrays, etc. One patient, ahead of me, left prior to her appointment and had to reschedule because she had been waiting so long and she had her mother in the car. Another patient showed up after my 1+ hour wait and was called back before me (could’ve been a different test area.) All you could smell was food, so clearly their lunch was more important than their patients. I’m not opposed to having a lunch but schedule your patients accordingly. After my atrocious wait I proceeded to ask how much longer it would be, considering I was on my lunch break and had an 1100 appointment….only for the front desk staff to tell me it would be just a few more minutes. I then waited another 12-15 minutes and told her I could not continue to wait and I would have to take my order somewhere else. My idea of a “few minutes” IS NOT 12-15 more minutes. I also reminded her of my encounter the previous day and she replied “well I can’t help that” *Just FYI if you’re in the medical field THE PATIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT, remember that!!! Sooooo I got my order and left with no X-ray and patiently awaited my refund. And last but NOT least there was a roach crawling across the floor and up the table into the magazine storage."

"I have come to this branch a few times over the past 5-6 years and have always had a pleasant experience. Most recently I was there in October for a mammogram and arm x-ray. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem contacting anyone or rescheduling. If I have to leave a message, someone tends to call me back withing the hour or sooner. I would recommend the D'Iberville branch for your x-ray needs."

"Made appt week ahead of time at Diberville. Thought I would get a reminder call, no call, so I called day of my appt to confirm, but never could talk to anyone. Left several messages,still no call back. I called for 4th time and left another message to cancell, only because I didn't even know if I was scheduled. Poor customer service."

"Made the appointment 2 months in advance and figured I would get a reminder call the day before. Nope. I called the morning of the appointment to verify and then they tell me to arrive 15 minutes early. At this point it's less than an hour before the appointment because they scheduled me so early. The lady on the phone had ZERO personality, seemed annoyed. Is this what the medical field is coming to? UPDATE: customer service and care are MUCH improved! Everyone was friendly, professional, and I was done in about 15 minutes. Overall, great experience"
