The Pontotoc Community House, located at 144 North Main Street in Pontotoc, Mississippi, is a beautiful Tudor-style building constructed in 1935 by FERA. The stone-veneered structure with false half-timbered gables is reminiscent of community houses in Grenada and Winona. Currently, the facility is available for a variety of community activities, including committee meetings, weddings, funerals, and other local events. A committee dedicated to the restoration and renovation of the building was formed in 1999 and worked on the project for a decade. The community house is a popular venue for gatherings and events in Pontotoc.
