Chipotle

"On February 9, 2024, around 2pm, I ordered food for myself and my children. Got a bowl and wanted fajita veggies. As you can see, the veggies were charred. Very burnt. Could not even eat my food due to the taste of burned veggies that succumbed the entire bowl. Ended up throwing it away. If veggies are burned like that, they should have been discarded, not served to the public. Will not be back to this location. Probably will make my own from now on. Too many bad experiences with food and customer service. Customer service would not replace my food. Gave me a BOGO offer. Why do I have to buy something to get my food replaced?!"

"I love chipoltle. I have been the biggest fan since y’all started opening locations in Denver Colorado more than 20 years ago. I’ve been to many many locations across Colorado, Arizona, California, New Mexico , Georgia and now Mississippi. It has always been my go to for fresh good food at a good price. I work 3rd shift (10p-8am.)I was stoked and really excited to see you guys at my local shop were now staying open until 11. But I guess it was my mistake of coming in earlier tonight at 9:30pm while heading to my job. Not only were u guys out of : cheese, fajita veggies, sour cream and chicken, sofritas, and down to one scoop of brown rice. I understand maybe y’all weren’t prepared for the customers who come in between 9 and closed but your evening staff was atrocious, they were certainly rude to me, I came in hoping for a chicken bowl but I left empty handed cuz usually I would understand being out of my preferred protein and ask for a quesadilla, but that was not an option with y’all being out of cheese as well. I was polite when I said never mind but your staff was just rude. It’s obvious you evening team must hate their job because they didn’t take any pride in speaking to customers like we mattered . I doubt I will return to this location. Even though it’s location is most convenient. I just do not want to give my money to your current employees. Especially since I can’t count on you to have (you know… food.). I barely made it to another drive thru for my meal but , luckily I barely made it next door to give my business to your neighbor “chic fil a”next door before they closed. It was nuts cuz even though I made it to chic fil a who actually closed an hour before chipotle (I was the last customer in their drive thru, I got exactly what I was ordering and they hadn’t prematurely stopped cooking or serving. I know this is a long review but seriously this was the most pitiful experience."

"The food is fine but I feel like every time I’m ordering my food they’re rushing and just throwing my stuff in the bowl. Before I can finish telling them what I want, the lid is already closed on the bowl. The staff gets irritated when I tell them I’m not finish adding stuff to my bowl."

"My order was placed online and arrived on time. The veggie salad bowl surpassed my expectations with its delightful flavors. I suggest draining excess liquid from the bowl contents to prevent a slightly watery bottom. Additionally, cleaning the bowl edges is advisable as it can get messy. Despite these minor points, the taste was superb, with only a few veggies slightly overcooked and I had to reheat the food once it arrived to me. Overall l I look forward to ordering again."

"On my initial visit to this venue, I enjoyed a pleasant experience. The establishment was impeccably clean, maintaining a well-organized environment. The atmosphere was conducive to easy conversation, not overly loud. However, I encountered a couple of issues during the food ordering process. Despite requesting extra rice, it was not provided, and when a portion of steak fell on the counter, the manager, who appeared to be in charge, simply wiped it onto the floor without replacing the lost portion. Despite these hiccups, I opted not to address the issues further."
