"As far as the park itself, it is really clean and in good condition. It's also very quiet and remote --- if that is your thing. The two trails are another matter, though. As of January 29, 2024, the Otto Flurry Loop and the Pond Loop are in mild disrepair. They are still passable and clearly marked, but you may need to bring a machete for some stretches of the trail if you don't like huge briars trying to rip at ya. Overall, it's a simple and relaxing little park."

"A baseball field, two pavilions, walking trail and playground. Located in the middle of the country. Nice place for a scenic hike in the woods. There is a porta-potty and running water and the community center is next door. We didn't see a single person during our visit or on our hike so if you need peace and quiet, this is a great place to escape."
