Little Sunshine Childcare Center, located at 1040 West 2nd Street in Clarksdale, Mississippi, was founded by Mrs. Williams, a Pastor's wife with a heart for ministering and caring for families. For 19 years, Mrs. Williams provided a safe and loving environment for children to learn and grow socially, emotionally, and physically. In December 2018, Mrs. Williams retired and passed the torch to her daughter, Tawanda Payne, who shares her mother's passion for childcare. Little Sunshine is now housed within Sunshine M.B. Church, with a team of 19 well-trained caregivers and the capacity to serve 100 children. Operating Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm, with the option for earlier drop-off, Little Sunshine continues to uphold the legacy of quality childcare established by Mrs. Williams.
