"Very disappointed! I have always shopped at Nordstrom and loved their customer service! I ordered a pair of boots from Nordstrom Rack and accidentally hit 2 pair instead of just one. As soon as I noticed I called them to explain. This was under 2 hours later. They wouldn’t help and fix this. Even though the boots obviously hadn’t shipped! This is not the Nordstrom I know"

"Good store to get name brand products at discount prices. It's mostly clothes but they have some housewares as well. I got some really nice shirts. They aren't exactly cheap but the retail prices are listed so you can see how much of a discount you're getting. I thought the fitting room layout was well organized and easy to use."
"Went here during lunch, one of the cashier was very unprofessional using her phone while the line was building up. Her and I made eye contact as I was waiting to see if she would even offer to help me with my purchase but she turns and continues to go back onto her phone while I had to holler at her to see if she was open. Customer service and team work could be a little better with training. Going back tomorrow so we will see again. Btw I was very dissatisfied with my order pick up purchase my shoe looked like it was worn/used with blond hair/pet hair spaghetti stuck on the bottom of the shoe didn’t come in it’s original box either. I should’ve just ask for my money back that instant. Yup you wouldn’t be happy with this either."
