"Great place. A lot of sketchy people watching the graduation ceremony. Smelled like pot really bad. Those kid's parents would be very disappointed."

"Not a bad place to watch a football game. In fact, it is a beautiful old stadium with a nice turf field. The problem we had last night was its handicapped accessibility. When we arrived 30 minutes before the game, we learned that the very tiny parking lot was completely full. The attendants at the lot said that my wife could pull in and drop me off since all the handicapped parking was full. There were exactly 3 reserved spots for handicapped folks. Dropping me off was a much better option than making me walk from where she had to park outside the stadium. It took her about 15 minutes to walk back to me after parking. That however, left me standing on the curb with nowhere to sit while I waited for her return. That is extremely dangerous for me. It was also challenging to have to buy tickets electronically while trying to stand that long. It was nice that the concession stand was open for last night's varsity football game. It was a lengthy walk to the bleachers, especially after the long wait. I have trouble with my balance and doing stairs. This was difficult because the handrail was not usable. It has a chain link fence that kept my hand from grasping the railing. Also, the stairs were the only way into the visitor stands. Hastings has chosen to fence off 2/3 off the visitor bleachers. That was great considering the global pandemic we are currently in. We were seated practically shoulder to shoulder for 2 1/2 hours. Let's hope no one was sick, right? We were back again this morning for the JV game. We were wise enough to get there very early. This morning we overheard a young family that was unable to get their child into the visitor section of seating. The young child was in a heavy wheelchair and there was no elevator or ramp into the bleachers."

"This field is a great place to watch sports, the stadium seating and views of the city shadows the wonderful background drop of Hastings. This was a great day to view the Richfield vs Hastings boys soccer game. Richfield started their soccer season off on the right note with a victory. #Spartans Soccer.."
