"I have him checked my credit card account to see if it's still open, he charged me over $80 & I did not buy anything, I saw him again later for a tool box, he showed me.. I said too small, so I didn't buy it. I came home.. another charge came as alert after 2 hours ... I called the store, spoked the the Girl, she remembered me as I waited to talk to him.. i asked for a manager , and he never came, but the guy came, and I asked, "Why am I being charged twice?, since I have NOT bought anything. ... he apologized, and he reversed the charges.. He was going to steal my money if I didn't call back... ALERT: TO ALL People, never make a mistake as I did to have my credit account checked at the counter! They will steal your money by charging your account. If I didn't set my account about 2.5 years ago to send me a text message, and do not know about... I will have a hard time dealing with the finances department as later the bill comes in the mail. I will close my Lowes credit account soon for what has gone thru the bad experience at the counter people. I need to speak the truth for the consumers. Maybe it has been troubled to others prior to my case. The manager/management team shall look into SAFETY measures for the public. I felt bad for asking to get help from the counter people. No cheers, but hurts."

"I'm here probably once a week based on my business and professional needs. I had to return an item at the end of a project that didn't work out and fit into the overall scheme. This staff worked diligently to find my account(s) explained why this was difficult and recruited additional staff until six of them were actively working on care of me and my wife, getting our item returned and making sure we left satisfied. At this location we typically do leave very satisfied! It is amazing how all of this was done while keeping a jovial, fun and caring atmosphere directed toward us in what could have been a very frustrating situation to the staff. This kind of five-star treatment-not the first time I've experienced this here-is why we keep coming back. This is a nicer, relaxed and very efficient location. UPDATE: What's it like a week later? I called Dylan early yesterday to see if they still had an item I had seen the night before which I hadn't measured for. He not only found it; but sold me the last item- literally having crawled up to get it from the rafters before I had returned. I was delayed somewhat in my return because of traffic and other obligations so he made sure it was set aside and labeled for me to keep his commitment even though he was not going to be there when I arrived. The checkout process went very smoothly because of his interactions with it and made my transactions complete. He had also researched other stores that had better inventories and had secured for me where I might go to get the additional items I needed. All of this was done in a few minutes because of his conscientious care, and this is consistently becoming my experience when I am at Lowe's. Even considering these: this pleasantly exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you!"

"If I could leave less than one star I would. Don't order appliances from Lowe's! Ordered a washer and dryer with a stacking kit. For Saturday delivery, was excited because Saturday delivery was perfect I didn't have to take work off. Saturday I get a call from the delivery truck they only have the dryer. Which I declined to be delivered because I needed both.Monday morning called the delivery department at Lowe's, they said it would be on the truck the next day. So I took Tuesday off from work Guess what wasn't on the truck on Tuesday. So I canceled the order and I wasted an entire day off of work. Every time I called and left a message for managers or employees for callbacks I was never called back! This is the poorest service possible. Will never buy from again."

"I was shocked that this location wasn't busier during my visit. I will say I wasn't impressed with the customer service. Staff ignoring customers and relaxing in clusters. Saw a lot of staff walking by me while I did my research on my purchase but no acknowledgement. You can find just about anything here. There are so many departments in the store that you'll truly need a significant amount of time to walk the entire store if you're just browsing. Wide parking lot so you shouldn't have issues finding a spot close to the door. The gardening area is big enough to be its own store lol. I didn't see staff in the area so you might have to grab someone and bring them out with you or carry whatever it is you have inside the store. I'd come back and see if I have a difference experience but as for right now it wasn't the best. I got what I needed so that's a win."
