"I am SO thrilled with my experience from today in the store! Rob stopped to ask if I needed help with anything, and after I told him I own a cleaning cleaning company he directed me to a killer deal on Zepp antibacterial cleaner. He even helped me load up several shopping carts and bring them out to my car! I am SO excited and had he not took the time to ask me a couple questions, I would have never known about it!"

"I just need to say that the "self" check out process here is obnoxious and makes me want to never shop here again. What is the point of self checkout when the employees are just waiting for a chance to breath down your neck during the entire process? I can't tell you how many times I've been trying to scan my OWN items (because it IS a SELF checkout, after all) and had one of the employees come over (without invitation) in order to literally scan the rest of my items, BAG them, and type in MY phone number for military discount. Completely unnecessary. Infuriating, really. I do my shopping EARLY, and I choose self-checkout because I despise humanity and want to be left alone. I don't use plastic bags because they are harmful and completely unnecessary. Now, I even make a conscious effort to avoid eye contact and be as discreet as possible when checking out, in the hopes that I will not be noticed and harassed while trying to leave the store, yet I still get interrupted almost EVERY time. God, Home Depot CEO, anyone with power listening right now: PLEASE tell these employees to lay off of the self-checkout customers. Get rid of that stupid "if we don't offer you a credit card, you get a free soda!" promotion. Train them on personal space and recognizing when someone actually needs help. Stop forcing them to offer me a credit card that I don't want EVERY single day. And STOP WASTING MY TIME. THANK YOU"

"Bad Experience! I called and verified that the scaffolding on sale was available before arriving. When I got there and the Lumber supervisor Riley was instantly unwelcoming and unprofessional about the situation. He said the product was not on sale now and denied me instantly. I said why is the sale sign still in on display, but he just shot me down with "you are one day late, there's nothing I can do." I showed him that it's onsale online and available for pickup right now at the store, but again he disrepectfully said there's nothing I can do. I was enraged and left because I'm a contractor and a home depot customer and should not have been treated like that. I then went online to see if I can purchase the product for the sale price and was able. But then I left without picking up the product because I felt intimidated and afraid of being rejected by Riley. I decided to do a curbside pickup so I won't have to deal with it. I'm not a home depot customer anymore, Menards will be my only choice!"

She was friendly, listed very carefully, and was able to direct me to the area of the product I was looking for. After more explanation, she Googled the products and directed me to another area of the store, where we found the correct product. Thank you."
