"We rented a limousine for my sons birthday party. The driver was great, on time and attentive. The issue was the limo. I was told upon reserving weeks prior that we would be getting the Chrysler 300 with Lamborghini doors but that is not what arrived. It was a much older limo that had quite a bit of noticeable disrepair. It also had a smell of old cigarette smoke. The kids loved it and didn’t care but for the price and what I was expecting based on what I was told, it was disappointing. I was also told the price included a tip for the driver, I hope that is the case."
