"The worst possible service ever. From issues with Nina in the office last year regarding paperwork supposedly never getting done. To this year and my son not being allowed to be seen because I was frustrated with last year and chose not seek their services at that time and then questioned why I needed multiple email addresses for minors. Rather than giving the explanation to that, the owner decided to tell me that due to my frustration (warranted frustration mind you) that I would best be served elsewhere. When emailing her back she never outright answered any questions and actually never did know the FULL reasoning as to why my son and additionally my daughter needs to be seen. So, here we are, waiting 6-8 months for children who have thought of harming themselves to be seen. Also, she spoke to my fiance regarding my son without my permission. All in all, not a professional place."

"Our experience here was far from easy. I went back and fourth with the manager via email and there were countless problems with getting it finished. Mistakes happen, and that was okay! We were to go ahead and fill out paperwork in the office. On the day of our appointment we arrived only 5 minutes late due to going into the wrong area of the building. Once we got there we waited 12 minutes at the desk for someone to speak to us, only to find out that our therapist had left for the day. It seemed highly unprofessional that he wouldn't have waited 10 minutes after the appointment time, or called us before simply leaving."

"My therapist here is really great. Very good experience thus far. This clinic also brought Tippon the therapy dog to my work after two of our coworkers died, and he was a really great dog to have around and pet during that time. I was thankful to have a calm and pleasant dog to pet in that moment."

She is professional and personal and has a real talent for helping me figure out a solution to any problem or issue I'm having. She doesn't tell me what to do but guides me through the steps to help me see an alternate positive outcome. I would highly recommend her as a therapist."
