"Exceptional Service and Transparency at Stellar! I recently went to Stellar for a routine oil change, and I was absolutely thrilled with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. First and foremost, the staff at Stellar: Nicole and Garrett made me feel like a valued customer from the get-go. What truly stood out, however, was the level of transparency and honesty demonstrated by the mechanics. Garrett not only showed me how to change my own oil, if I wanted to do it myself in the future, he also pointed out a possible coolant leak. He offered to check it, but pointed out that it may be covered under my warranty and I might want to first check with the dealership--he even included pix of the coolant leak on my invoice. I will take his advice, but ALL mechanic work I may need in the future I will be at Stellar. Cannot say enough good things about them!!"

"Amazing service! Going to Stellar takes a ton of the stress out of getting your car repaired. After looking at your car they send a detailed list of what they've found with photos included. They have a messaging system you can use if you are unable to answer the phone during work hours (which was super helpful for me as that was my case). They don't do anything without your permission. Honestly this was the least stressful experience getting my car fixed, especially as a woman. Special thank you to Nicole, who was prompt kind and helpful. I will be returning here in the future!"

"This was my first time taking my Subaru to Stellar, knowing that my brakes needed to be done and I didn't want to pay dealership prices. I could not have been more happy with the service I received from start to finish. Nicole and Cana both provided above and beyond, friendly, professional, customer service, that made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. My vehicle was in great hands with Greg, who provided me a detailed report of inspection, with notice to what was a safety issue and what was not. I felt zero pressure when it came time to make a decision about what work to do on the vehicle and what to hold off on. A real team approach. "Great business for car repair. They're honest, have very reasonable prices, and are very good at answering questions. The location is nice since it's away from major traffic, but their signage is lacking due to the location. But, once you know how to get there it isn't a problem. Just beware... don't use the word "ridiculous" around Jason. Apparently it's his trigger word."
