"How difficult to describe the experience with Irvin. It was just exhausting. A month of submitting documents so that 3 days before the end of the month they said it was not approved. And I'm still waiting for the return of the money you gave us for the first month of rent. It is unethical to say that now there is a 21-day wait to return the money when we had been informed that within 2 to 3 days they would send us the payment link via email. And that link never came from any email. We really require a real and prompt response regarding the return of the money. Write to the email, call, my husband left voicemails and we have not received a response"

"Overall, it has been an excellent experience. Staff is always professional. Maintenance requests are easy to submit and completed in a timely fashion. Payment is easy to handle via the app. Building is new. Two minor complaints, the hot tub is not open through the winter and front grass does become a waste land due to heavy traffic and pet use."

"Great staff, great amenities, and most of all, great location for downtown and work life! A selling point for me was having a washer and dryer in my unit and I’ve been very happy with that as a convenience! Update - 01/23/2021: Irvine Exchange has a very clean and modern community. The ability to use an application to unlock a secure package room is great! Not to mention the ability to let in visitors from your apartment unit with the same application. The management is very respectful and prompt to communication."
