"The sole reason for one star is that the owners who first greeted me were excellent but after that it has been a total he** hole with the managing company. I've only rented here eight months and I highly do NOT recommend it. Nothing is dealt with quickly or competently. The majority of resident requests get unanswered for weeks due to incredibly poor maintenance communication. Despite being in a beautiful position, this property is not worth the cost and additional charges. The constant rule changes are the worst; after months of living here, there are still documents that they slide underneath your door and expect you to hand deliver to them, as if you aren't already busy. It's safe to say that everyone already knows this, as managers quit within a month, presumably from working for them. Here is a list of bad experiences I've had in the last month; A thief entering and breaking into rooms There were three fire alarms in the middle of winter Managers quitting Harassment by homeless people hanging outside the doors Garbage being dumped by stragglers outside the entrance Defective washing machines The use of shoddy, flimsy, unfinished materials in the rooms Frequently changing rules Smell of pot in the building Drug usage is evident in the building"

"I’ve been a tenant here for 8 (almost 9) months. With the exception of the hallways sometimes smelling like weed, and a rare fire alarm going off, trying to stay calm, grab my cat, and put her in her carrier, I haven’t really experienced any other problems."

"I live here currently & leaving after 3 months. My car has been broken into twice, need I remind you parking is $160 a month on top of rent and the ramp apparently has no cameras. The building was recently broke into. So this building isn’t as secure as they claim. The homeless community will harrass you as soon as the sun goes down. They won’t approve my ESA as my doctor sent them verification 3X so if you have a service animal, don’t come here. Last but not least they accused me of having a pet SNAKE!?!? But won’t show me video footage of this snake or tank being brought into my house?? (I don’t have a d@mn snake) so yes my experience here has been horrible & I don’t recommend this place at all. If I could give them zero stars I would. (Photo added was last Friday, the secured door was broken into)"
