"There was a lot of construction on the first floor when we stayed, and walking through the tile dust at 9 am before i had my coffee was a lil much. The staff was great, though, and the continental breakfast had all the standard fare in good quantities. The parking ramp was convenient, and they validated our ticket, so there was no cost."

"In the case of being under unprecedented circumstances (A missing campus shuttle and no means of transportation or shelter overnight). I was very perplexed in how to truly review my experience. I didn't get a chance to even get to the hotel because I was denied access due to my age. I am 19, I was informed that all I needed was to be 18 and have a credit card which I possess. My reservation service was amazing. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the one who helped me but he was very helpful and patient with me despite not knowing the full capacity of what I was dealing with. In contrast to when I was transferred over to the shuttle service. I was relieved with a short attitude. I could barely get a word in and I was dismissed without an actual explanation other than "You're not 21". My reservation that I had just bought was then canceled. I did not fight or argue over the matter since I was trying not to be "that" customer over the phone however, if your business is promoting "all you need to reserve: age must be above 18 and have a credit card" and I get told that I can't because of my age. That is false advertising. My hopes of not being stranded at the airport were dashed. And before anyone wants to say that it was my fault, let me state that I was early and the shuttle I previously paid for to take me to campus never arrived. Staying the night at a hotel was my last hope and I wasn't able to do that because of false advertising. I was let down and terrified. Now this is not to bash anyone. I just hope to share my experience and let it be known from my perspective."

"Our room (4th floor) was excellent! It had just recently been remodeled, so it even smelled new. Walking distance to several places such as Famous Dave's, Best Buy, and Chuck E Cheese. The breakfast was really good, but the eating area isn't very big, and even smaller when all the tables are full of people just talking, but that's a people thing."

"Took a trip to train with my new employer...and flew this time! (Became a flying squirrel!) Hotel is going through some upgrades and are painting at this moment...(March of 24) so don't be shocked by a bit of blue edging tape and hanging fixtures. The Registration desk people are very attentive, and the dinning area is clean and looks accommodating! Very easy access to local shops if you have a gps!"

"Despite the construction on the first floor, our stay was phenomenal! Love the updates on the third and fourth floors. Breakfast was hit or miss. The hard boiled eggs were a great go-to on miss days."
