Later, when I realized that the pin I provided was threaded, I asked him for a solution for ease in taking the rack on and off. He reamed out the bar on the rack to make it work nicely. He did a very impressive job. Thanks!"

"This place is TERRIBLE. 3 times now I have gone to the unit, twice at night and once this morning. Store was closed but their access hours are 5 am to 10 pm Monday -Sunday, which is when I came. The door is ALWAYS padlocked after hours meaning you CAN’T access it (even though their website says so). I called corporate and they tried to contact the manager several times without a response. Told me they would contact me in 3 business days and never heard from them. This place is literally terrible and will not keep my stuff here anymore (once I can actually get access)."

"My storage was blocked with these large containers due to me being one day late. Bill was due on the 5th of July, I came in on the morning of the 6th to take care of my payment, I find these in front of my unit. I spoke with the Asst Mgr Gabe, He said that they blocked my unit on yesterday which was the 5th. I paid the bill and was informed that the forklift was down and I would have to wait for a few days until it was up so that they could unblock my outdoor storage unit. Do not store your property here. Very unprofessional and nasty attitude. I called and left 2 voicemails to the general manager Austin Elliott cell phone to let him know, how I was treated, and couldn’t access my property. No response. Terrible Staff and organization!"

"Today, I assisted a friend, who had rented a small truck from this location. As part of the reservation, he was to also get 10 moving blankets and a dolly. We arrived at the facility shortly before 9am on a Sunday to pick up the truck & equipment) for a 8am to 4pm rental. Upon arrival we noticed quite a few truck returns that had been left in the crowded return lot. As my friend and I were running through the self-check out process on his mobile, we located our truck, but discovered that the dolly and blankets were not in the truck (however, my friend had been invoiced for them. We decided to hang around as the business opened up at 9a for business to inquire about the missing dolly and blankets, and we also saw that two (2) employees had started working to clear the returned vehicles from the lot. We waited until 9a to approach them as that began their "hours of operation" for the day. The doors to the lobby remained locked. The two employees outside processing returned equipment didn't even acknowledge us waiting to get in, or make eye-contact. So I approached one of the employees with a little hesitation and just politely let him know that we had already successfully performed the self-check out but were missing the dolly and blankets. This employee very rudely said, "Look, we don't do ANYTHING inside the store until we get all of these returns cleared." (Mind you, there were 10+ return trucks that were in front of the store). I said, all we needed were the blankets and dolly and we'll be on our way. He then said, "I told you, I am not going in until we get these cleared." I asked him how long that would be and he said, "I don't know, 20- 30-minutes.? We wound up leaving, as I didn't want to be an a-hole or create any undue stress for myself, and decided to call the national 800-number. This took several attempts most of the day because of call volume, but finally got them to notate the account to prevent charges because we didn't receive the dolly and blankets. Also - figure I would get a chance to write this review letting reviewers know that I will NEVER patronize this establishment just simply because of the lack of customer service and care - PLUS will encourage anyone I know not to use that place. And IF you do decide to use them, know that if you get there right when they open, they probably will not be able to help you - let alone have the courtesy to ask you to wait, until they clear the lot from the night before..."

"Somewhere on this lot is a U-Box my client sent to me on 10/16/18 ... still not received at my business location in suburban Denver, Colorado, as of today, 5/8/19. That's 204 days. Incredible. I have spoken to more than 30+ Uhaul customer service agents, none of who have been able to resolve this situation. This begs the question -- what is customer service for if it's not to provide customer service? I encourage anyone reading this post to never use Uhaul lest you find yourself in my situation. I'm exceedingly disappointed!"
