"I can't speak to the company overall but I can speak to the All Kind staff that cleans the Latitude 45 building. They are nothing short of amazing. I've never lived in a building that is kept so well and smelling clean 24/7. And I'd imagine this is no small task given the attitude held by a few of my fellow residents in taking responsibility and cleaning up after themselves. The staff is always friendly and crazy meticulous. If I were All Kind I'd model the rest of my staff after these fine folks."
