"If I could I would rate this Company 0 stars, but this doesn't apply on the drivers, but their Customer Support Team. Awful, terrible, disgusting doesn't describe my experience with one of their representatives. I called in the morning to check on the driver's status and this "person" was so incompetent of the job she is doing that I lost my cool. I am always very pleasant and extremely nice with everyone because I am doing the same job that she does for over 15 years now. I don't know if someone is going to read this post or not, but I just want to tell the person who hired this lady that he can fire her immediately. If she treats customers the way she treated me and I am only their affiliate partner, then God helps the rest."

"My family and business has used Premier Transportation for many years and sadly we won't be using them anymore for a few different reasons. The owner and the drivers have always been wonderful, but the gal that answers their phone, Noel, has an attitude problem, and for the past year I have had nothing but issues with her and the way she talks to us. I have dealt with the bad attitude in the past, but today I ran into a new problem, and she handled it poorly, and of course with attitude -- We have used Premier for Wild Games, Vikings Games, Concerts, and Airport transfers without an issues, but for whatever reason today they wouldn't allow Transfers to US Bank Stadium anymore, you must do hourly, meaning the clock starts ticking the moment they pick you up until they moment they drop you back off - for me to get a dropped off at US Bank Stadium for a concert at 6:00pm and picked back up at 10:30pm they want over $600 because I need to pay for the car the entire 6 hours.. in the past we paid $170 each way. Unfortunately our family will find a new transportation company."

"We rented a limo bus from Premier Transportation to get our wedding party to a local park for photos before the ceremony and return back to the venue. The limo bus was well taken care of, looked great, and the bench seats inside were very helpful for me so I didn’t have to try to navigate typical bus seats with my wedding dress! They also have very reasonable rates; I did a lot of shopping around and found this company to be the best deal for what I was looking for! Not only that but they were punctual and the driver was very nice! He even offered us little water bottles when we were at the park doing photos (it was a hot day)! We would absolutely recommend this company to others!"
