"The staff is amazing! Chris and Courtney are friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is quick and courteous. The apartments and amenities are top notch! They put thought into the details and finishes and it really shows. On our move in day they even put a welcome kit in our apartment with drinks, cups, snacks and a pizza in the freezer so we didn't have to worry about lunch while moving in- how incredibly thoughtful! Thanks Edison Team!"

"Great management! If I was somebody that liked living in apartments, this is the one to go to! The management is amazing, Chris is one of a kind! She's helped me so much since I've been here, she literally goes out of her way to help the tenants that live here too. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because the lady above me is a literal elephant and stomps all day (I've never liked apartments for that reason), but for a temporary home for me, it's amazing! I'm excited to get a house, but also sad to leave the management and amenities."

"The staff at the Edison are top notch! Seriously, great people. I was very impressed. It felt very personal and they didn't make me feel like a number or a burden, as I had a lot of questions and sensitivities I needed to address. I bet they treat their tenants like family based on what I have seen. The apartment homes are very nice and well laid out as well. I like the top loader washing machines vs the typical front loaders. Located in a quiet newer development area, yet very close to everything you could need just a few minutes down the road. Shout out to Chris!! She is awesome and helped me so much. "Wow! What a night and day difference. I've been looking in this area of Woodbury for an apartment for my daughter, her first place and while some were better than others, this by far exceeded our expectations. Chris the leasing agent is one of a kind and a true gem. Upon walking in we were greeted warmly by Chris, we were given a fantastic tour. My wife and I were so impressed we went back that day and signed a lease agreement. If anyone is looking for a place for their child, especially their first place, I would highly recommend this place. They do activities with the residents to get people out of their places and get to know their neighbors. The amenities are top notch. Can't wait for my daughter to start her new chapter in this beautiful complex. Thank you team Edison!! And a special thank you shout out to Chris and Courtney!!!"

"I would highly recommend the Edison apartments. Unlike other nearby apartments, the building is much better quality, the construction is done superbly, and the amenities are exactly as expected. Chris and Courtney (from the leasing office) genuinely care about the residents and come from leasing backgrounds, so they are well-versed meeting what newcoming-residents are looking for. How I can describe Edison is that it is the apartment that you would expect how apartments should operate. You get exactly what you are told, no surprises, no rug-pulling. My only wish is that they built this complex 3 years ago because we would have just moved here from the start. The only feedback is not on the facility, but that I hope the new residents that discover this great apartment will keep the place as nice as it already is."
