"Been trying to reach my dr for 3 weeks with no response rep claimed to have called back but never did all I’m trying to do is get my cpap supplies from another company since Adapt Heath keeps voiding my order. How does this place remain in business? And when I spoke to the clinic supervisor I was hung up on."

"Do not expect a response from this clinic. My Dr. sent over a referral, I left a voice message and sent them a message from their website. NO RESPONSE... I was expecting this as this is what my Allina Dr told me and put this in mychart: The closest clinic in the north metro, North Star Sleep clinic, for unknown reasons, is having significant communication problems with new patients. Phone calls are sometimes not answered. Therefore, we are often referring patients to other parts of the metro area. Allina is communicating with north star sleep center to try to resolve these issues. Wonder how they stay in business..."

"Terrible communication. Left several messages after my last visit to get a CPAP chosen but none were ever returned. Somehow obesity was one of the diagnoses left on the sleep study claim to my insurance. That particular test never took my weight or height into account, so not sure how that could be determined. Because of that diagnosis my health insurance claimed it wasn't covered so I had to get my company's HR involved. They were able to see that multiple other accepted diagnoses were there and eventually got the claim updated to be covered. Weeks later I still got a reminder of my bill being past due. Since they weren't returning my voice-mails I decided to go into the office to try to get everything figured out only to be greeted by a sign that says out for lunch, take a seat and we'll help you at 1:00pm. Overall very disappointed in their communication."

"Have been unable to use my machine for over two years due to recalls and even though they sold it to me, they have been no help. Don't buy into the lifesaving part of the sales pitch. It just cant be true"

"Horrific care to say the least. Long story short, my husband has been a patient, has tried making follow up appointments throughout the years and no phone calls returned. His cpap was recalled and no concerns of that either! Now after a heart attack a month ago at age 51 with a new rx/referral submitted and no phone call from them (in which we were promised), three phone calls from my husband to them with leaving a voicemail mail and a call from his wife and yet again a voicemail, there is complete silence. Management needs a complete shake up in this joint. Further complaints will be filed after this heart attack."
