"zero stars should be an option. made an appt to get my air conditioning checked at 330pm, receptionist told me the ac guy left early today, and no one else could look at it. no reason, no apology. receptionist didn’t even make eye contact with me the whole three minutes i was in there. horrible customer service/business."
