"We ordered a meal through door dash, right after we ordered we called and asked if they could remember to put the sweet and sour sauce in (because they have been forgetting for the last 5 orders) when we recieved our meal it had 6 sweet and sour sauces smashed into the top of our fries. WE ORDERED 8. That's pure disrespect and I ask that whoever is working tonight as manager be let go."

"I frequent McDonald's for coffee, a fry and a McChicken occasionally. I haven't gotten a mc flurry in over a year since they come in a small cup for the money and they don't fill the cup-give it to mc Donald's, they are consistent. Tried a MC flurry and about 3/4 of a small cup. I'll wait another year and see what happens. In the meantime get rid of the plastic top since no way this will over flow and reduce the price 10 cents"

"The Forest Lake, MN location has really gone downhill since the remodel. We have had condiments scraped off, halfway filled fries, flat soda, 16 Pickles on 1 burger, wrong orders, missing items. The manager didn't seem to care and kept interrupting me. Offered me some coupons but no refund unless I went in. The website isn't working to make a complaint either, how convenient."

"Service was great, people were nice. Staff made sure I knew of their current deals. Restaurant has been remodeled and for a fast food place it is very nice. Dining area is very nice and comfortable. Plenty of seating options for semi-private to open style dining. Bathrooms were clean."
