"My annuity ends today. I have sent letters and emails instructing them to transfer to another insurance company over the past month. When I call to check on it, I cannot get a straight answer. They tell me to check back on the end date of the annuity. The paperwork for the transfer was completed weeks ago. They are just trying to hang onto my money as long as they can and when they don't transfer in a timely fashion, I am losing money. I will call again on Monday and I don't expect any consideration from them."

"Where do I begin??? They've got to be one of the most difficult companies to work with that I've ever experienced! Their call centers are in India and their ability to help and work with a long term client was nil. Long story short, my annuities will mature in 2026 at which time I will be moving them elsewhere and terminating al business ties with them."

"Terrible customer service. Stopped at main headquarters to takeout a distribution and they had me talk to someone in India. I asked at desk if someone could bring me the form to fill out. No was the reply. So a building this size no one could bring me a form. Now I have to talk to people in India. Really."

"Allianz is absolutely horrible. Their Death Benefit department is the bane of my existence. They have no clue what they are doing. Every representative will give you different answer when it comes to claiming benefits. Their methods often times subvert State and Federal Code as it applies to Death Benefits and using a Trust. They block you off from speaking to anyone in Management or their Legal Department. Stay far far away from Allianz, your loved ones will thank you later."
