"I've been working with Mr. Oliver for over 3 years now. When I first met him I was in a terrible situation. "Karl is an excellent attorney. He has had to work hard himself so he understands the challenges that clients often face and why the help of the debtors' rights laws and the bankruptcy court are sometimes needed. Also, Karl is one sharp lawyer. He is especially good at negotiating very favorable outcomes for clients who have especially problematic debts for which bankruptcy court is sometimes not the answer. How about settling an old debt of about $200,000 that cannot be forgiven by the bankruptcy court for $10,000? That was well done! That took some very skilled lawyering and one very good lawyer.
