"Don't come here if your a new patient.. their waiting list for us is open in June. So all winter and spring you'll be in pain possibly get an infection and die. They don't care. This is ridiculous."

"The are hard to get ahold of they called and canceled my daughter appt. Do to Dentist becoming sick been trying to reschedule my daughter since Oct.5th when they canceled now today Oct.27th they can't get her in til January smfh"

"Terrible front desk. Daughter had an emergency and her doctor told us to call her dentist first then try the ER. We called her Dentist (Community Dental Care) and they said they can see her if we make it before a certain time. We got there 10 mins early and they told us we have to wait until a cancellation happened. IT'S AN EMERGENCY! We don't have time to wait. Why did they lie to us and tell us that we can be seen? Terrible communication... Also the front desk we very rude. (speaking in Hmong, talking about how stupid the customers were) Guess what ladies... we are Hmong. We know what you said. Highly do not recommend this office. Try anywhere else."
