"The Blast is a really cool play area - great for 4+. It can be a little big/daunting for 2 to 3 year olds, though manageable if they're pretty independent and/or adventurous. A GREAT cold day reprieve and place to burn some energy! The low stars are from several interactions with the staff. I have been told one thing on the phone and then another upon arrival (which, when packing up multiple toddlers, is no small feat), resulting in having to spend an additional $49 than I had planned/been told it would cost on the phone. They've also been rudely dismissive, snapped at my children and me (we weren't breaking any rules), and just generally not kind. I have worked in customer facing positions and even in the Parks and Rec department, so I don't believe my expectations are unreasonable."
"I like it, my son loves it. The place is always nice and clean. Great place for kids to play indoor during winter time. And the best part is parents can just sit there and watch. So we do not need to get too involved and can just sit and relax."

"We only visited to check out The Blast playground. The staff at the front desk was accommodating and helpful! We had the entire play area to ourselves on a Monday afternoon. They really pack a lot of little fun nooks into one play place. My two 4 year olds loved it. There is also a bathroom right in the playroom."
