"My only issue with Hyvee Pharmacy is Elijah!! I was told that my prescription would be ready the next day after calling it in, so after falling on ice and driving 2 cities over, and mind you I’m handicapped and have to take this pill for the rest of my life. When I go to pick up my prescription it wasn’t ready! I was told it would be ready in 24 more hours! This only happens with Elijah where my prescriptions aren’t done when they said they would be done not only that, he always seems to have a smart a** sarcastic response. The first few times I let it go, but they’re playing with my life. So Walgreens, I’m on my way!"

"Made an appointment for a vaccine and had to wait over an extra 40 minutes while 2 other customer arrived and was seen before me. Then I was given a long generic rubbish excuse. Unclear on the purpose of an appointment when arriving before the scheduled time to ensure the appointment time is observed."

"I am disappointed about my experience earlier today at the hibachi in the Hy-Vee in Plymouth. When I arrived at 8:30 the gentleman who was working at the hibachi station told me “go away we’re closed!” I was taken aback by the rudeness of his comment- most definitely, he was lacking in customer service! Although, the other areas in the deli were all open and available, the man at the hibachi station had already cleared out all of the food and was no longer serving any items. I found this quite odd as the online hours indicates that the hibachi should be open until 9 PM. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that I have experienced this. Typically I have a great experience at other Hy-Vee locations, however I am quite disappointed that this seems to be a reoccurring issue at this location."
