"Andre was my service tech. He did a great job. He showed me how much dirt was cleaned out of our ducts for a cleaning. I am very happy with how thorough he was. I found Twin Cities Finest through an advertisement in the mail. The only thing I was surprised by on the day of our visit was there being an extra cost for us having a third trunk line. That was not clear to me when I initially scheduled the appointment, asked about pricing, and was told pricing revolved around the number of vents in the home. Beyond that, I'd still recommend Twin Cities Finest for the great job they did!"

"Austin Webber has been working with our family since 2018! When he comes, he asks what I want done & I’ll ask him for suggestions. He’s good at explaining the different services that TCF offers. I’ve had multiple dogs & a cat, so he has recommended what would work best for our carpeting & there are no odors after he’s done. We had our ceramic tiles cleaned this time & they look so nice! We added a gloss finish for protection! Thank you Austin :)"

"Update as of 11/25: They refunded us $200, redid the carpet cleaning, and made sure the air ducts were clean (and showed my husband a picture). We are pleased that they admitted to their mistake with the initial duct cleaning job, and took steps to make us satisfied customers again. We had our air ducts and carpets "cleaned" by this company, in total costing us $800+. The photos show the job they did. The guy blew dust ALL over our house, in every single room. The first picture shown is upstairs after the guy was "done" doing the air duct cleaning. Dust and debris was left all over our house for us to clean up after the guy left. One of our walls was damaged when he took the air register off. The job done was unacceptable and our entire family has had respiratory issues as a result of dust being blown OUT of every register into EVERY room in our home. We have spent hours vacuuming and wiping a layer of dust off in every room. The guy did not appear to have any idea that he had blown dust upstairs into every room. I hope the company will contact us to redo the air duct cleaning properly - this time sending out someone who is a trained professional. I will update my review if this happens. We have worked with this company many times for carpet cleaning and have never been disappointed until now."

"I usually go with a larger company for carpet cleaning, but I decided to try a smaller family-owned business. I saw Twin Cities Finest’s add with the coupon. Austin assessed my carpet cleaning needs thoroughly. He suggested deeper cleaning in some areas and after measuring, he informed me there would be extra charges due to the amount of carpet in my home. Deeper cleaning involved more work with an additional charge. I agreed to the cost. He did a fantastic job, and my carpets look restored! I used fans and allowed drying time overnight. By morning, it was dry. I am very pleased with the quality of his work! Quality carpet cleaning is not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for!"
