"I've been living here with my partner for nearly a year. He had asked the office multiple times to change something about his mail and they took a while and it hasn't been resolved unfortunately. (Edit: I've reached out via email this time rather than going up to the office, and we think the issue is fixed.)"

"Lived there for 4 years and was in 2 different apartments. I've noticed depending where you are/ ages of people who live around you, you WILL get different experiences. First time around 3rd floor by other younger couples, great time, no apt was super loud, the walls are a bit thin here but you shouldn't worry, 99% you'll never hear someones tv. At least I did not. 2nd time around I was on the 1st floor where I had multiple older people come to my door for what seems like no reason but to be snoopy. There's been 3 break ins since staying here, apparently one guy slept here for who knows how many days. Water gets shut off now and again but most of the time its during the middle of the day when people are working and fixed within a good amount of time. Vending machine price increase from $1 to $1.75 recently."

"After my divorce I looked for an affordable place to rent in a good area with nice amenities. My friend referred me to Blackforest which is located in a very nice neighborhood. The building is kept spotless as well as the landscaping. They have underground parking, a pool which is never busy and the people are friendly. I lived there for over 9 years. It's a great start for young couples or retired people or single parents such as myself. I'm grateful I found this place, it allowed me to live comfortably and still provide for my family."

"I have owned my condo here for 12 years. It's conveniently located off 694 which makes getting places easy. I love having the outdoor grills and pool. It's also wonderful to have a heated garage stall here in MN. Simple, easy to take care of, small condominium. It is a no smoking building now which I appreciate. I also appreciate the more stringent background checks put in place a few years back."
