"I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and MSP jewelers. Starting out, I knew nothing other than that I needed to purchase an engagement ring so I could propose to my true love. By the end, I felt like a diamond expert and gave my now-wife the engagement ring of her dreams. Ryan was super friendly, informative, and thorough during every step of the process. He walked us through all the different styles, qualities, and values of diamonds and bands. We were able to design a one-of-a-kind custom engagement ring we thought was perfect, and at the best possible value. Or so we thought… It turned out that, after the proposal and receiving the ring, my fiancé had a slight change in heart on the design. This was through no fault on Ryan’s behalf, but rather because her “dream ring” had a last minute alteration she desired. At first this concerned me very much because I wanted her to have the PERFECT ring, but already paid the bill on this custom finished product… Luckily Ryan was able to put me at ease and make it right. We went back to square one at the drawing board, expedited the process, and the finished finished product was absolutely perfect. Ryan even offered to take the hit on some of the extra costs of doing it over - truly a stand-up business owner. Ryan and MSP Jewelers are simply the best. They are so good in fact, that I recommend scheduling an appointment and getting the process started ASAP, because they book FAST!
