Woodbury Park at City Centre

"Oh so nice , quiet , serene community. Close to over 13 bike , walk , run , trails - Professional and kind management staff . Awesome maintenance crew and friendly too . I highly recommend this community . Did I mention we have a pool , gym , and Lots of doggies and cats - yes pets allowed . Best place I rented in years !"

"I agree with the others, appliances need updates - they definitely take the cheap route with flooring and interior materials in general. I love my location of Unit otherwise and it’s a great area close to what we need. Insulation/ windows might need to be sealed better since we live in the Midwest with -20 or more temps. Rent does keep going up as well so that isn’t great."

"Woodbury Park was the worst place I have lived to date and I only lived there for 6 months! Just problem after problem there. Before I moved in I had contacted the office to provide me with details of my units layout so that I could order a couch with the correct chaise. They provided the wrong information which lead to the wrong couch being purchased/loss of a furniture deposit/no couch for an additional month. Then once I moved in, there were additional issues with water cleanliness (see photo of pink and black stains in toilet which would appear if you didn't clean it every other day), weed smell from our neighbors, pool parties that involved the police, and dog illnesses up the wazoo (could be from the water or from the lack of people picking up dog waste, either way so many dogs in the neighborhood had digestive upsets every other week - this alone costed me hundreds in vet visits!). In addition to that, we were also not advised that someone had died from electrocution in our unit right before we had moved in. Very unprofessional to not mention that as it would have influenced our decision to live there, especially since we encountered the family of the deceased individual when they came to take pictures of our unit. And to top it all of, Woodbury Park will squeeze every dime possible out of you. Fees and charges for everything! Overall, not worth it and wish I would have rented somewhere where the price was worth the value. The best part about this place was the location, the rest of it was very poor. Would not recommend."

"Woodbury Park at City Centre is a wonderful place to live! I have been a very happy resident for several years, having relocated to MN from Boston to be closer to my family. Being a 'pet friendly' community worked out great for my little dog as well! The location is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nature trails. The Leasing team, headed by Tanya, is always outstanding and ready to assist and the Maintenace team, led by Will, works tirelessly to keep up with the needs of our community! The indoor Fitness Center and outdoor pool along with a grilling station and fire pit add to the ambiance. Without hesitation, I whole heartedly recommend this great community for singles and families alike!"
