"Did not stitch my project correctly even though I brought in a finished item it needed to match (which they themselves stitched a few months earlier). When I complained of the error to the owner she shrugged her shoulders and said “well I can’t take it out” and still charged me full price. Her take it or leave it attitude was very insulting. I will be taking my future business elsewhere."

"I was at Erickson's Custom Framing ( Formerly Ben Franklin owned by Scott Erickson in DT Lakeville) located inside same building as Threads and Ink. I've had dozens of pictures framed by Scott over a span of 20yrs and ALWAYS excellent finished product. Scott's extremely knowledgeable and helpful when trying to decide exactly what matting colors and type of frame and assisting me to stay on budget. He's the Best!"
"The embroidery on the back of my company's shirts was terrible. The stitching began to unravel while unfolding them from the bag. The stitching on the hats was stitched over the inside fold. Logos were crooked and off center. The seven shirts I had embroidered are now ruined. Ownership failed to acknowledge the poor quality of work and eventually offered to refund a portion of the original cost. I am very disappointed with Threads and Inks and will not be returning. For future customers, make sure you have them do one mock up of whatever you are having done. Know exactly what you're getting before having them do a bulk order."
