"This place is a scam. Stay away! Took me three months to get in and they made all these promises of so many services available but could only get me just therapy. This has been the most unorganized clinic I've ever come across when dealing with mental health. They can't even figure out how to do billing correctly to my health insurance after 3 months in seeing just the therapist. They always blame my health insurance for the long process. Which my health insurance said that there was a typo on their part and they never own up to it. I tried to cancel my appointment but kept getting remainders. When I do call, I am stuck with a new person who has no idea how to book or cancel appointments. This place is a total joke. Waste of time and money."
"I've never left a bad review for a place before, but please avoid this place if possible. I used their services for a couple months last year and received the worst service. I had to re-explain myself at the beginning of each session. The "therapist" hardly remembered anything I told her, and I often finished each session feeling worse then when I started. What's pushing me over the edge now is the fact that--despite me removing myself from their email communication and repeatedly asking them not to call me anymore--this company continues to reach out, looking for my business again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this cash grab of a company that does not and will not actually help."
